A good day for Indiana football just got a lot better as 6-foot, 230-pound linebacker David Cooper has decided to end his recruitment and commit to the Hoosiers. The junior college standout from Coffeyville (KS) Coffeyville C.C. is the 21st member of the 2012 IU recruiting class, and the third commit in the last few hours.
