Toledo (Ohio) St. John's currently has three players in their 2013 class sporting Division I offers. Four-star quarterback Brogan Roback and defensive end Matt Miller are well known, but safety Tony Harper is starting to make his name as well.

The 6-4, 185-pound Harper picked up his first scholarship offer of the process from Toledo after his junior season.
