Three-star Collins sticks with hometown favorite
The University of Maryland is officially on fire with local recruits. After scoring a coup last week by adding three Friendship Collegiate standouts - [db]Derwin Gray[/db], [db]Yannick Ngakoue[/db] and [db]Cavon Walker[/db] - followed by Spalding three-star lineman [db]Mike Williams[/db] and Catonsville speedster [db]DeAndre Lane[/db], the Terps added a safety prospect from nearby Bishop McNamara on Tuesday afternoon.
Three-star athlete [db]Milan Collins[/db], who is making the transition from quarterback to defensive back, committed to Maryland over a host of prominent suitors, including N.C. State, Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia.
