One of the most welcome developments to come out of the annual Rivals.com Publisher Conference was the official installation of a new ranking formula.

This new formula, which can be found HERE, replaces the old formula for ranking team's recruiting classes. It's a more stream-lined, efficient formula, and allows for team ranking updates after each and every commitment.
