HOOVER, Ala. -- Excitement about Missouri's SEC opener agianst Georgia is oozing from Columbia.

There's zero doubt that Missouri players, coaches and fans have Sep. 8 circled as one of the biggest game in Tigers' history. That's a given.

For Georgia, it's a new venue in the same old conference. It's the first of eight SEC games in 2012. For the Bulldogs, it's the first step in a process of backing up their media pick as the toast of the East this fall.
