Down the Stretch

PowerMizzou.com The Missouri Tigers started this season with goals of a Southeastern Conference championship. That goal is out the window at this point in time.
Mizzou players and coaches are resolute that they are not looking at the post-season, wondering what they need to do to get in the NCAA Tournament. While those involved have to take one game at a time, those who watch do not.
The Tigers have four games left in the regular season. So much can still change that taking a guess at NCAA Tournament seeds and such is still a fairly premature exercise. Common wisdom seems to say if the Tigers can beat LSU and Arkansas at home while splitting road games at South Carolina and Tennessee, they'll get in the tournament.
But instead of the NCAA Tournament, we're focusing on the conference event. The SEC Tournament will be played March 13-17 in Nashville. And the next two weeks will hold plenty of intrigue as teams jockey for seeding.
