USCFootball.com talked to several players who made key contributions during the Sunday night scrimmage.

Freshmen receiver Vidal Hazelton and tailback C.J. Gable suited up for both teams. Hazelton made a 1-handed snag and Gable scored two touchdowns. Quarterback Michael McDonald led the "Herd" team and their makeshift offense against the No.1 USC defense.
