The Buckeyes went after Fairburn (Ga.) Creekside star Eric Berry this recruiting season and were among Berry's final five before he committed to Tennessee.

However the work the OSU staff did at Creekside this year may pay off for their recruiting class of 2008. Berry's teammate, junior cornerback Terrance Parks, has a scholarship offer on the table from the Bucks and says Ohio State currently sits at the top of his list.

Tennessee and Georgia have also made offers.
