Davis gives LSU little against Vols
In essence, Tennessee uses four perimeter players.
So, Glen Davis should dominate the smaller Volunteers. Forget about that prediction.
Davis was a non-factor as LSU lost its sixth consecutive game by a 70-67 score at Tennessee. Davis finished with a grand total of five points, his smallest output since a three-point performance against Mississippi State two seasons ago.
Davis did grab 13 rebounds, but he appeared to be hesitant to get down on the low blocks and work to get the basketball. Taking most of his shots from outside of the lane, Davis missed eight of his ten field goal attempts.
