Tigers add their tenth commitment
Family traditions are becoming, well, a tradition at Missouri. The Tigers got their tenth known verbal commitment for the Class of 2008 recently and for the third time in this class, it's the younger brother of a current Tiger. Rockhurst running back Drew Temple gave his word to Mizzou.
Temple did not have any other scholarship offers, but said he was hearing from Kansas, Kansas State, Tennessee and Iowa among others. All of those schools wanted to see Temple in action during his senior season before offering. Now, he has just one thing to show those programs: That they missed out.
Temple's brother, Tony, is slated to be Missouri's starting running back.
