Hunt halfway home
While Mississippi State signed a full class in February, not all of those prospects made it to campus in August. One of those players, Franklin County's Mike Hunt, fell just short and has been working feverishly this fall to be ready for January. He is getting closer with a new twist in how he will get there. He talked about his academic status and a possible position change.
After falling just one point short on his ACT, Hunt's original plan was to just retake the test in hopes of adding that one point. He has added a backup plan in the last moth, however, one that gives him two shots at getting in.
