Temple enjoys successful season
Rockhurst RB Drew Temple knew that one of the traditions at his high school was to win the state title. After last Friday, Temple was excited to be a part of the tradition. He added that being able to be a major part of it felt very good.
This past weekend was a good one for Temple and his older brother Tony (Temple). Not only did he win the state title, but after watching his older brother help Missouri beat Kansas, he knew that both brothers were champions.
Temple admitted that he's had a very good view of watching the Tigers continue to get better and better over the year. He said that he saw the team play one of their most complete games in the win over Kansas.
With his season now complete, Temple said that he will be getting ready for Missouri and hitting the weight room soon. However, before he does that, he said that he'll get a chance to enjoy himself and watch his brother again as the Tigers take on the Sooners.
