Hawks offer versatile Boettger
Playing for one of the best teams in the state of Iowa, Cedar Falls native Ike Boettger was not a prospect that was hard to find. However, it was a little tough to project the 6-foot-5, 215-pound Boettger to the college level because he plays quarterback in high school and will most likely line up elsewhere down the road.
"He's one of those guys that could do a lot of things," said Cedar Falls co-head coach Pat Mitchell. "He's 6-5, 215, and runs about a 4.6 forty. He could play quarterback, free safety, wide receiver, tight end, or just about anywhere. He's a very talented player."
