Shugarts eyes Sooner coaches and players

It's so easy to fall into the monotony that is a recruiting weekend sometimes a player can lose track of just having some fun, or better yet bringing some fun into the lives of others. Klein, Texas offensive tackle J.B. Shugarts had just such an opportunity to shed a little light prior to Oklahoma's spring game on Saturday.

That's because Shugarts and Oklahoma commitment Justin Johnson stumbled into the second biggest game in Norman last weekend.

"Justin and I were just hanging out and we saw a bunch of little kids playing football. So we split the teams up and played some football with them," Shugarts explained. "They were jumping on me sometimes, but Justin and I were mostly playing quarterback.
