Prater twins look to future
In the stands last Saturday for the Nebraska Spring Game were Omaha (Neb.) Central speedsters Shaun Prater and Shane Prater. While neither of the speedy twins is sporting on offer from the home-state school yet, they watched the action intently and continue to be impressed with the program and the role they may play in the Huskers future.
"It was pretty good except they mixed the players up more than what I thought they would," Shaun, who plays cornerback for the Eagles, said. "We mainly hung out with Niles (Paul), Ronnell (Grixby) and Jay Moore the whole time we were down there. We had a good time and both of us thought the team looked good - particularly on defense.
The action on that side of the ball is where the majority of Shaun's attention was directed and he said he came away impressed with what he witnessed.
