Johnson Talks About Commitment

It didn't take long for Jamaal Johnson to make a decision about his future. The Kansas Jayhawks extended a scholarship offer to the 6-foot-2, 180-pound wide receiver from Chavez High School in Houston, Texas, on Friday, and he gladly accepted. Jayhawk Slant spoke to Johnson about his decision and why he decided to put an end to his recruitment so quickly.

Johnson, who was also being recruited by the likes of LSU, Baylor and Houston, had 387 receiving yards and scored eight touchdowns during his junior campaign at Chavez High School in Houston, Texas.
