Break in the action
Making the move from one school to another has been a hiccup in the recruitment of D.J. Marshall, a two-way prospect from Texas. Last season, the 6-foot-4, 230-pounder was at Lancaster High School, where he starred at tight end, but his prep career will continue and end at Mesquite High School this fall.
While schools such as Iowa State and Minnesota have already offered, Marshall's change of mailing address has slowed his recruiting process with programs such as Arizona, Baylor, Central Florida, Kansas, LSU, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Utah and Wisconsin.
