Tigers in the hunt with Jarboe

Size and speed are just what college coaches are looking for out of the wide receiver, and Ellenwood (GA) Cedar Grove wideout Joshua Jarboe has them both. At 6-foot-3, 195 pounds, and with 4.38 speed in the 40, it's not surprising the Georgia product is on LSU's radar.

Jarboe said he last spoke with Tiger cornerback coach Bradley Dale Peveto about a week ago. Peveto is recruiting Jarboe for the Tigers, and dropped by to watch him practice during the spring.

Jarboe said he doesn't have a strict list of favorites yet, but there are schools he really likes, including LSU, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Florida and Georgia. He's gotten offers from all of those schools, as well as others from UNC, Georgia Tech, Auburn and Tennessee.
