LB commit works overtime

With college programs placing more and more emphasis on 'voluntary' summer workouts it seems that a college prospects summer before his senior year is quickly becoming his last of true freedom. While many players vigorously take advantage of their last few moments of true youth, others dive right into their future.

One such player is Oklahoma commitment Daniel Franklin. The Mt. Airy (Ga.) Habersham Central linebacker spent much of his summer commuting back and forth between his hometown and the big city of Atlanta training at CES sports with renowned trainer to the pros Chip Smith.

And it seems that his summer of hard work has really paid off, both in the present as well as the future.
