Jackson down to two

For S Kenji Jackson and his Mansfield (TX) teammates, things have been going very well so far this season. Jackson said his stats have not been quite what he thought they might be, but he understands exactly why they haven't been.

When he hasn't been on the field or in class, Jackson has been trying to manage over thirteen offers for his services. He said that he's enjoyed the process to this point and as the weeks have passed, he's seen two schools move to the top of his list.

Jackson said that most of recruiting will probably come down to how he is able to compare schools on his visits. He said he only saw one school on an unofficial visit, but with two visits set up already, he hoped he would be able to decide soon after his visits were done.

Jackson said that he has been impressed with the Tigers during their 5-0 start. Last weekend during the Nebraska game, Jackson said he saw why he had the Tigers near the top of his list.

Jackson said he enjoyed watching the game between the Tigers and the Huskers. He said the defense had been good the first four weeks of the season, but after last week, had him excited about being recruited by Missouri.

With his season nearing the midway point, and having narrowed down his recruiting list, Jackson felt pretty comfortable where everything was. He hoped that after his visits, he could decide between the two teams.
