Dallas safety talks about KU win

When the Kansas Jayhawks went on the road and won their eighth straight game defeating Texas A&M, it can be a big boost for recruiting. The Jayhawks have made Texas a key recruiting state and the victory only gives them more exposure.

Lubbock Smith, a defensive back from Dallas Carter is being recruited by both schools and he believes it sends a message to potential recruits.

"It means a lot when a team can go on the road where the home of the 12th Man is pull off a win," Smith said.
