Lueken talks about signing day ceremony

Ben Lueken gave a verbal commitment to Kansas for a variety of reasons. However, when it came time to ink with the Jayhawks, the 6-foot-5, 318-pound offensive guard from Chaminade College Preparatory in St. Louis, Mo., did so for one reason in particular. Lueken spoke about his reason for signing with Kansas, and a variety of other topics, shortly after Wednesdays signing day ceremony.

When thinking about his future, Lueken, the No. 62 ranked offensive guard in the class of 2008, has a number of options to consider. Kansas, Kansas State, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Northwestern and Alabama had all expressed an interest in the three-star prospect.
