Tiger Targets in the National Rankings

Rivals.com unveiled its list of three-star prospects for the Class of 2014 this week and also released rankings for each position. Two of Missouri's verbal commitments earned three-star status. Numerous MU targets and offers joined the list, too. Here's a position-by-position look at where Rivals.com ranks Missouri's current commitments and targets:

Pro-Style Quarterback

#2. David Cornwell (Norman, Okla.): Holds a Missouri offer. Has already visited Tennessee, Alabama and Auburn, and he plans to make a decision in June.
#5. Justice Hansen (Edmund, Okla.): Attended MU's camp in Springfield last summer. Four-star recruit and ranked top-150 nationally.
#12. Foster Sawyer (Fort Worth, Tx.): Plans to make a trip to MU at some point, according to our Alabama site.
#15. Drew Doxator (Henderson, Nev.): Missouri has reached out to him, along with a multitude of schools out West.

Dual-Threat Quarterback

No Missouri targets.

All-Purpose Backs

No Missouri targets. NOTE: Blue Springs RB Dalvin Warmack, who committed to Kansas State after getting an offer from Missouri, checks in at #9.

Running Backs

#35. Markel Smith (St. Louis, Mo.): Committed to Missouri in November. He doesn't appear to be wavering at all.
#54. Ish Witter (Tampa, Fla.): Just barely made this list- he's the second to last player on the Top 55 on Rivals.com for running backs. Missouri is one of the first schools to offer him.

Wide Receivers

#6. Demarre Kitt (Tyrone, Ga.): Four-star recruit with an offer from Mizzou. He says Clemson and Ohio State are his top two schools.
#22 K.J. Williams (Bethlehem, Pa): Another four-star receiver with a Missouri scholarship offer. His cousin already committed to Syracuse.
#25. Dallis Todd (La Mirada, Calif): Has dozens of offers, including MU, but will narrow his list soon.
#27 Keenen Brown (Houston, Tex.): Told LSU site that Missouri could be one of his finalists, along with West Virginia and Oklahoma.
#29. Dominique Booth (Indianapolis, Ind): Visited Missouri last summer and has an offer. His father is friends with Cornell Ford.
#43 Trevon Lee (Fort Lauderdale, Fla): Got a Mizzou offer in November, but told Pete Scantlebury his dream school is Miami. He wants to go into pre-med.
#46 Monte Harrison (Lee's Summit West, Mo): Also got an MU offer in the fall, but is also looking at Kansas State, Kansas, Nebraska and Arkansas. He's a terrific baseball play who could be a two-sport star.
#71 Ryan Sousa (Orlando, Fla): His recruitment is starting to gain steam across the SEC and Big Ten. Mizzou has offered.

Tight Ends

#6 Daniel Helm (Chatham, Ill.): Considering close to a dozen schools, including Missouri.
#9 Deandre Goolsby (Derby, Ks.): Picked up his fifth offer from Indiana this week, joining Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Kansas State.
#13 Nic Weishar (Midlothain, Ill): Says he wants to visit Mizzou at some point and has already taken an unofficial. His cousin is an MU grad who somehow connected him to the coaching staff, and he has family in Kansas City.
#22 Darryl Long (Westerville, Ohio): Missouri offered him earlier this month. Long said he would like to visit at some point.
Grant Jones (Columbia, Mo.): Not ranked, but picked up three-star status.

Offensive Tackles

#2 Braden Smith (Olathe, Ks.): Has about a million scholarship offers.
#23 Roderick Johnson (St. Louis, Mo.): Visited Mizzou in early March and should be back soon. The Tigers are high on his list, but dozens of schools are pursuing him.

Offensive Guards

#10 D.J. Foster (Lincoln, Neb.): Got a surprise offer from Missouri in February and then signed up for MU's Junior Day. He's becoming a hot commodity quickly for the Class of 2014.
#11 Isaiah Wynn (St. Petersburg, Fla): Has a lot of offers, but says he'll consider Mizzou.

Offensive Centers

#2 Joshua Casher (Mobile, Ala.): Offered by MU in early March.

Defensive Tackles

#23 Trey Lealaimatafao (San Antonio, Tx): Mizzou was his first offer. He's trying to plan a visit at some point.

Weakside Defensive Ends

#18 Jarrett Johnson (Katy, Tex): One of the top three-star recruits at weakside defensive end. MU has offered.

Strongside Defensive Ends

#6 Deondre Clark (Oklahoma City, Okla.): Four-star prospect with lots of offers.
#10 Dewayne Hendrix (O'Fallon, Ill.): Visited MU Junior Day and has a lot of SEC and Big Ten offers.

#19 Kyron Watson (East St. Louis, Ill): Says he's considering making a trip for a one-day MU camp this summer.

Outside Linebackers

#12 T'Kevian Rockwell (Wylie, Tx): Has MU offer. He's a four-star recruit.
#16 Gysai Akem (Broken Arrow, Okla.): Mizzou has been in contact with him for a while, but he's got an in-state offer from Oklahoma now.
#21 Vincent Jackson (Tampa, Fla): Three-star, and yet another Florida target for MU.
#22 Jimmie Swain (Lee's Summit, Mo.): Got an MU offer this month and could be a rising prospect.
