Tuesday's Top Tigers makes its return to PowerMizzou.com. A player's ranking one week has no bearing on his placement on the list the next week. Here is our take on the Tigers who had the best performances in the 58-14 win over Murray State:

Tuesday's Top Tigers
RANK PLAYER THE ANALYSIS LAST WEEK
1 Henry Josey, RB Sure, it's a bit of a sentimental vote to put him at the top, but he did have a team-best 113 yards and a 68-yard TD. Considering what he came back from, the spot is deserved.N/A
2 James Franklin, QB Franklin threw for more than 300 yards for the third time in his career and the first in a win. He ran for 44 more and didn't turn the ball over. N/A
3 Russell Hansbrough, RB Hansbrough had 108 yards and two touchdowns, including a 51-yarder, all in the first half. N/A
4 Evan Boehm, OL Boehm cleared the way for Hansbrough's long TD, ran the show on the line and had only one errant snap. N/A
5 Connor McGovern, OL The line was very good and perhaps the biggest compliment McGovern can be paid is that you didn't really notice him in his first career start. N/A
6 Dorial Green-Beckham, WR DGB caught four passes for 83 yards and would have been well over 100 if two catches on which he came down just out of bounds would have counted. N/A
7 Michael Sam, DE Sam led the defense with a career-best seven tackles, including two behind the line. His hit on a Murray State running back for a five yard loss was the first big play for the Tiger defense and helped stall a drive. N/A
8 Jaleel Clark, WR Clark had one career catch coming into the game. He led a deep receiving corps with five grabs. N/A
9 E.J. Gaines, CB Gaines had two interceptions and helped render the Racer passing game a virtual non-factor. N/A
10 Marcus Lucas, WR Lucas caught four balls for 33 yards as the Tigers spread it around, but showed good hands, including a couple of tough catches. He should be a steadying force for the offense. N/A
11 Darius White, WR White had two grabs for 44 yards, including a 37-yard TD on Franklin's last pass and showed that maybe a fresh start really is all he needed. N/A
