Fall camp preview: Defensive tackles

Over the next couple of weeks, PowerMizzou.com will get Tiger fans set for fall camp with an in-depth breakdown at every position. We will outline the likely starters headed into fall camp, highlight a few backups who could challenge for a job, and set the scene with the major camp storylines at each spot. This will be a special free series on the site, every day for ten days. Today, we look at the defensive tackles:
The Starters: Dominique Hamilton came into his own last year, making 46 tackles to lead Mizzou's interior linemen. His roommate, Terrell Resonno, enters camp as the second starter, looking to replace Jaron Baston.

The Backups: Jimmy Burge and Brendan Donaldson currently hold down the second-string jobs with players like Chris Earnhardt and George White hoping to earn some playing time. Marvin Foster has missed almost the entire last year with two separate injuries, but should find himself right in the mix as well.
The Top Story: Two players who we haven't really seen will be the focal point. How good is Foster? We don't know because he's never been healthy. And incoming freshman Lucas Vincent has a chance to see the field at a position where the Tigers badly need depth. Both should push for a backup job at the least. It's not out of the question either could push Resonno for the starting spot alongside Hamilton. This position holds perhaps more questions than any other on the roster entering the month of August.
