Harrisonville, MO--Just moments ago, Harrisonville star Michael Keck announced his college decision.

"I am choosing to attend the University of Missouri next year," Keck said at 1:41 central standard time.
The announcement came at a press conference at Harrisonville High School and ended a recruitment that saw Keck pick up offers from Southern California to Alabama. But in the end, the draw of playing for the home-state school was to strong for competitors to overcome.
Keck, the No. 75 player in the Class of 2007 and the second-rated weakside defensive end, becomes the ninth verbal commitment for the Tigers.
This marks the fourth time in six years Missouri has landed the top player from the state of Missouri.
PowerMizzou.com will have continuing coverage of Keck's announcement throughout the day on Friday.
We will have more quotes, photos, and audio clips from today's press conference.
