Every Tuesday, PowerMizzou.com publisher Gabe DeArmond answers questions from fans in the Tiger Mailbag.  This format allows for a more expansive answer than a message board post.  If you missed this week's mailbag, look for the submission post next week or send your questions to Gabe at powermizzou@gmail.com.  On to this week's questions and answers:

rfeucht asks:  We keep hearing from HCBO that the hurry up offense fits our personnel right now, what does his ideal offense look like in 3 years when he should have the personnel that he wants? Is it the same, more of the Oklahoma spread or something completely different?

GD: That's a great question and one Odom was asked last week. He didn't really answer it. But he did say he's an old-school coach and still likes power football. I think Odom would like to have a team that wins with defense and the running game. He knows it's not 1987 anymore and you're not going to run the triple option, but I think he'd like to have two backs in the backfield and be able to run over some people. Ideally, I think Odom would like to run more of a pro-style offense. But he's got a team that was recruited to run the spread and an offensive coordinator whose history is in the spread. You've already seen them recruit some bigger running backs. They even went after a fullback last year and they added two tight ends. I think what you'll see will look more like Larry Smith's Missouri teams than Gary Pinkel's a few years down the road, at least offensively.

mglassma asks: Let's play a game of over under (questions below)

GD:

Josh Augusta's true weight- 360lbs--Depends on the time of day

Samson Bailey's true weight-270lbs--Over

Jonathon Johnson's 40 time-4.50--Under

Juco commits for 2017- 3.5--Over

Players that transfer out after the season-7.5--Over

Charles Harris draft round-3--Under (like 1 or 2)

Barry Odom's win total this season-3.5--Ummmm, under?

Points Mizzou's defense gives up to Kentucky-28--Over

Full Series Marvin Zanders plays the remainder of season-4.5--Under

Crockett TD total for season-10.5--Over

Defensive line commits for 2017-3.5--Over

Games started in Micah Wilson's career- 10--Over

Total sacks for Charles Harris-6.5--Under

Nate strong Carries the remainder of the season-10--Under

Pick Sixes Lock throws remainder of season-.5--Over

Ppg for Kevin Puryear-11.0--Over

RPG Willie Jackson-6.4--Under

Basketball wins 13.5--Over

mexicojoe asks:  Mizzou started two true freshman Saturday on D (Perkins & Garrett) and if you include Crockett, three true freshman with significant playing time. Is that more indicative of their talent or of the lack thereof otherwise on the roster?

GD: Probably both. I think there's also some factor of those are guys that this coaching staff recruited and brought in themselves. I'm not saying it's personal bias or anything, but I think it's natural with any new staff that more and more they play the guys they brought in to fit what they want to do. But also, we're seven games into the season and plenty of other guys have had chances to take hold of those starting spots. None of them did.

ABaumli asks:  I'm not asking you to name specific players, but how many players do you think transfer out at the end of the year? (Not counting Charles Harris who I think is going to the NFL).
