Missouri hosted a pair of hoops visitors for Saturday’s football game against Eastern Michigan and one of them left town with a scholarship offer from Kim Anderson’s staff.

Talen Horton-Tucker made trip down to Chicago for the visit and had a good time taking in Missouri’s campus and football atmosphere.

“It was really nice,” he told PowerMizzou.com. “It went really well.”

Ranked no. 144 in the 2018 Rivals150, Horton-Tucker is an Emanuel Dildy recruit who currently attends Simeon Career Academy, the same high school that produced NBA stars Derrick Rose and Jabari Parker.

Missouri currently has a Simeon player on its roster in senior center Russell Woods, who Horton-Tucker said has a friendly relationship with.
