Brantley switches to Mizzou

Missouri has been in the hunt for another defensive tackle, and on Sunday night the Tigers landed their top remaining target.
Hershey (PA) defensive tackle Harold Brantley visited Missouri this weekend after picking up a late offer from the Tigers. Following the de-commitment of Donald Hopkins, Missouri evaluated a handful of tackles from the Southeast, before deciding to offer Brantley.

On Sunday night, before he returned home, Brantley switched his pledge from Syracuse to Missouri.
"Yes sir, I'm going to be a Tiger," Brantley wrote in a text message.
While his Rivals.com profile lists him at 6-foot-2, 260-pounds, Brantley said he is currently 6-foot-3, 280-pounds. He was a two-way star in football, totalling over 40 tackles on defense and adding over 700 rushing yards as Hershey's fullback. Brantley also plays basketball for Hershey's state-ranked team.
In previous interviews, Brantley said he had offers from Pitt, Penn State, West Virginia and Rutgers. He is Missouri's 19th-known commitment, and the second defensive tackle in Missouri's 2012 recruiting class.
