Crain stands out at Tiger team camp

The Missouri Tigers held the second of their team camps for prep squads from around the Midwest last weekend. Perhaps the most impressive individual prospect at the camp was Bolivar offensive lineman Scott Crain.
Crain played at the camp with a Renegade team, a group of players from a number of different high schools.

"It was real fun," Crain said of the camp. "I had a blast."
Crain's main interest in recruiting is still coming from the three "local" schools.
"It's still about the same," he said. "It's still K-State, KU and Mizzou. I haven't heard much from Nebraska lately."
What is not the same is Crain's physique. He said he is concentrating on losing weight to improve his agility and his footspeed. He has been timed in a 5.2 in the forty, which isn't bad for a 320-pound lineman.
Crain does not yet have any offers, and he claims no favorites among the three schools who are recruiting him the hardest at this time.
