The Rivals.com junior day at Missouri earlier this month attracted most of the top-shelf talent from the Show-Me State. But a number of talented out-of-state prospects made their way to Columbia as well. One of those was Silver Lake (KS) lineman Logan Pegram.
"Missouri, it blew my mind, it is a real nice place," Pegram said. "The facilities are top level, 100%, they've got everything that you'll need. The program's turning around, it's one of the best in the Big 12 without a doubt. I think it would be a great fit."

Pegram says the Tigers and Andy Hill are recruiting him harder than any other school right now.
"I called coach Hill up and he knows a guy in town who played with him at Missouri, so he kind of keeps in touch," Pegram said. "They are looking at my 40 time, seeing if I can get that down, and they are thinking about offering."
Pegram, who checks in at 6-foot-4 and 303 pounds, is also getting attention from many of the other top schools in the Midwest.
"I'm really interested in Mizzou, Iowa, Iowa State and Kansas," Pegram said. "Those are my top four, they're on the up, they're all good programs. It is good to hear from them."
Pegram was scheduled to visit Iowa State this coming weekend, but he has now changed those plans.
"I think I'm going to go up there for their spring game," he said.
Location will certainly play a role in Pegram's eventual decision. He does not want to stray too far from the Sunflower State.
"I'm not gonna base my decision on coaches, because they can always move on," Pegram said. "I am looking at location and atmosphere, what's going to fit best for me and my dad, have him see some games. Style of play, I'm not really concerned with that, but who they play, what conference they play in and location."
Pegram does not yet have any scholarship offers. He said he hopes to camp at Missouri, and perhaps Colorado, Iowa and Iowa State.
