The recruiting roll for Missouri continued on Wednesday as the Tigers picked up their sixth commitment in less than a week. Sidney Lanier (Ala.) outside linebacker La'Dedric Jackson is the latest to jump on board. Minutes ago, Jackson announced his decision on Twitter.
The 3-star rated outside linebacker and 26th ranked player in the state of Alabama chose the Tigers over a top five that also included LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and N.C. State.
Jackson is the 11th overall commitment for the Tigers in the 2018 class and the third linebacker commitment for Mizzou, joining Chad Bailey and Cameron Wilkins.
He becomes the third player from the state of Alabama to join Missouri's recruiting class. The others include are high school teammate and quarterback commit James Foster and Cameron Taylor, a safety out of Lee (Ala.). Mizzou is also still heavily involved with Alabama targets Jakorey Hawkins, Marcus Jenkins and Alfred Thomas.
