Price planning his trip to Mizzou

High school football came to an end on Saturday for Missouri commit Ricky Price. Price and Houston Cypress Falls lost to Westfield 42-14 in the third round of the Class 5A, Region III playoffs.
“We just ran into a really good team,” Price said of Westfield. “I had my receivers locked down. They didn't catch anything on me. I also had one catch for 44 yards.”

The 44 yards represented nearly half of the passing total the Eagles had all day long in a game which they fell behind 28-0. However, all in all, it was still a solid season for Cypress Falls, which finished 8-and-5.
“It was the first time in school history that we made it that far in the playoffs,” Price said. “I won't get to play with my high school friends anymore. I can't look back on it. It hurt when it happened, but I've got to move forward.”
Moving forward means setting up an official visit to Columbia.
“That's what I'm doing next,” Price said on Sunday night. “Right now, I'm also getting ready to start basketball season.”
Price has talked to the Tiger coaches about coming in on his visit on December 17th, but has not finalized it yet. He also told PowerMizzou.com that other schools are not really calling him anymore to try and sway his commitment to Missouri. Price's official visit will be his second to Missouri. He was up on an unofficial trip when the Tigers played Oklahoma State.
He could play either safety or cornerback in college.
