Smith opens it up
Missouri's most highly rated commitment is no longer committed. Vianney running back Markel Smith posted on his Twitter account on Sunday afternoon: "Decommitting is not an easy thing, but I just did from Mizzou."

PowerMizzou.com reached Smith by text and he confirmed his decommitment. He said he will still consider Missouri.
"I just want to make sure I'm making the right choice," Smith's message read. "Mizzou is not out."
Smith originally committed to Missouri in November, 15 full months prior to National Signing Day for his class. Iowa and Ole Miss have offered and been mentioned as other potential destinations for Smith.
