nwphotog asks: Sounds like Lock won't go pro, but there is still a chance....for him to go pro what kind of #'s in the bowl game will he need to have? 400 yards and 4 TDs?
GD: The decision isn't going to be based on the bowl game. I don't even think it will have much of an impact. The decision will be made based on what the NFL Draft Advisory Committee tells him. And that's not going to change whether he throws for 440 yards or 40 yards. I lean to him coming back at this point in time...but I don't know what the NFL has told or will tell him.
mexicojoe asks: Do you anticipate AJ Ofidile having new responsibilities as a result of the two coaching staff openings?
GD: Add in the tenth assistant that will go into effect on January 9, 2018 and at least three new staff members will be added. And, yes, I think Ofodile is a candidate to fill one of them.
I_Hate_the_Cornhuskers asks: There have been 6 assistants voluntarily/involuntarily leave HCBO the past 2 years. Do you view the staff instability as a potential issue with recruiting or team performance(win and losses)?
