Missouri fans can finally exhale as Mary Persons (Ga.) outside linebacker Jatorian Hansford has officially joined the Tigers' 2018 recruiting class.

The 6-foot-4, 222-pound prospect originally committed to Missouri on December 18th following an official visit to Columbia.

There was a lot of worry among Tiger fans when the 3-star prospect failed to sign his national letter of intent during the early signing period.

As it turned out, there wasn't much to worry about after all.

PowerMizzou.com learned a couple of weeks ago that Hansford has been a silent signee since December, but preferred to wait and have an announcement ceremony today.

The Georgia product joins a linebacker class that already includes Chad Bailey, Cameron Wilkins, Nicholas Bolton, and Gerald Nathan, Jr.
