MORE: TRANSFER TRACKER
McClellan is familiar with Missouri. The former four-star defensive tackle had Missouri in his top five before signing with Florida in Nov. 2021. He took an official visit to Columbia out of Owasso (OK).
This season, he racked up 23 tackles, a tackle for loss and 0.5 sacks.
Across his two-year career, he’s racked up 46 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks and a fumble recovery.
McClellan will be a solid addition for the Tigers who will be losing at least three of their top four defensive tackles due to eligibility. He played 291 defensive snaps this year but 87 of them did come at defensive end.
The 6-foot-2, 320-pound defensive tackle is currently ranked as a three-star transfer and the No. 197 player in Rivals' transfer tracker rankings.
He's the seventh player to transfer to Missouri since the portal opened two weeks ago.
