As the latest (and greatest) Rivals.com rankings roll out to the masses PowerMizzou.com is looking at where Tiger commits and targets have landed. Today we check in on the four-stars outside of the Rivals250 and the position rankings.

Blue Springs (Mo.) defensive end Daniel Parker Jr. is the second highest ranked recruit in the Tigers' 2018 class just behind Rivals250 member Chad Bailey. Parker is one of 138 four-star recruits outside of the Rivals250.

A few Mizzou targets hold that distinction as well. Montgomery (Ala.) Park Crossing offensive lineman Tank Jenkins, Cordova (Tenn.) offensive lineman Jerome Carvin and Vinton (La.) running back Tony St. Julien. The Tigers are in good shape with Jenkins, but appear to be long shots to land Carvin or St. Julien.

Several more Tiger commits and targets are featured in the position rankings. We'll start by looking at the commits.

Montgomery (Ala.) Sidney Lanier quarterback James Foster saw no change in his position ranking. He is the No. 14 ranked dual threat QB.

Arlington (Texas) Timberview running back Jalen Knox dropped one spot and is now the No. 16 ranked all-purpose RB. He is expected to play wide receiver at Mizzou.

At wide receiver Mizzou commits Kam Scott and Danny Gray are both featured in the position rankings. Manvel (Texas) WR Scott dropped five spots and is now ranked No. 81. Dallas (Texas) Madison WR Gray dropped six spots and is now ranked No. 90.

Strongside defensive end commit Parker did not move in the updated position rankings. He is the No. 19 ranked prospect at that position.

Inside linebacker commit Bailey also saw his position ranking remain the same. He is the No. 8 ranked prospect there. Fellow ILB commit Cameron Wilkins has joined the position rankings. The Del Valle (Texas) prospect now checks in at No. 35.

Rochester (Mich.) Adams cornerback Vincent Gray saw no change in his ranking. He is still the No. 50 ranked CB in the country.

In total, eight of Mizzou's 14 commits are ranked in the latest position rankings. Additionally, there are several top targets that are highly ranked at their respective positions as well.

Tops among them are defensive tackle targets Trevor Trout and Michael Thompson. Trout is the No. 3 ranked DT and Thompson is ranked No. 4. Fellow defensive tackle target Alfred Thomas is the No. 39 ranked DT in the country.

Strongside defensive end Ronnie Perkins is ranked No. 13. At weakside DE Madison Norris checks in at No. 31.

On the offensive line a trio of targets are ranked. Jerome Carvin is the No. 20 ranked offensive tackle. He dropped one spot from the last rankings. Joshua Ezeudu dropped two spots in the update and is now the No. 59 ranked OT. Marcus Jenkins also dropped two spots. The offensive guard prospect is now ranked No. 22.

Mizzou's top wide receiver target dropped in the rankings from No. 17 to No. 34 due to injury concerns. St. Louis (Mo.) CBC WR Kamryn Babb will miss his senior season with a knee injury after missing several games as a junior.

The Tigers top running back target at the moment is Wetumpka (Ala.) prospect Kavosiey Smoke. He is the No. 27 ranked RB in the updated rankings. St. Julien is the No. 9 ranked RB.

Messiah Swinson is Mizzou's top target at tight end. The Glen Head (N.Y.) Lutheran prospect is ranked No. 45 in the new position rankings.

The final position group featuring Tiger targets is cornerback. Donte Burton is ranked No. 68 and JaKorey Hawkins is ranked two spots lower at No. 70.
