ZouFan27 asks:  If not KA, then who will coach this team? Why does it appear that this team isn't playing up to the talent they possess?

GD: Kim Anderson is going to be the coach for the rest of this season at least. Beyond that, we'll see. But there's really no advantage to Missouri making a change before the end of the year. There isn't anyone on the staff qualified for an audition to be the head coach permanently, in my opinion. As far as playing up to its talent, how do we know Missouri isn't? Well, okay, they lost to NC Central and survived against Tulane and Western Kentucky, so I guess that's a fair statement. As for why? I don't know. They can't shoot very well for one. They don't have much inside for two. Those are issues. But still, they should be better than they've been so far. The best game of the year was an overtime loss. That's not a good thing.

Tigertiger65251 asks:  Did I read somewhere that jmon Moore has NFL talent?

GD: You read it here when I said it. And he does. There's really no question about it. He led the SEC in receiving and probably could have had another 400 yards if he'd overcome the drops. He's going to get a shot on Sundays. He's fast, he's got pretty good size and he can make plays. He just has to hang on to the ball and be more consistent. But there's little doubt he'll get a shot in the NFL in my mind.

jrl3m8 asks: How do official visits work? What I mean by that is, when a recruit says he's hosted by a certain player, does he mainly spend time with just that player and the coaches or are there certain guys on the team everyone meets that are like recruitment chairs. Also, if a player is hosting a recruit does he stick with the guy all weekend; go on the campus tour, have all the meals together etc.?

GD: A player's host is the guy that he spends the most time with and is charged with kind of showing him around. The players selected as hosts are guys that have good personalities, that are going to entertain recruits and also guys that are program guys and are going to paint the program in a good light. The players are the best salesmen for any team. It's all well and good for a kid to like a coach, but he's going to put a lot more stock in what his peers say.

MIZSanity asks:  Your best 3-game (in a row) stretch, as a fan. Any sport. For me, 2013 vs A&M, CCG vs Auburn, Cotton Bowl vs Okie St. Loved busting onto SEC scene.A close 2nd would be 2012 Big XII tournament, vs Okie St, Texas, then Baylor. Nice gut punch to the Big12 on the way out the door.

GD: Easy. Games 2,4 and 5 of the World Series last year (I pretend game three didn't happen). Nothing else even close. Should the Chiefs manage at some point to win a divisional playoff, conference title game and Super Bowl in succession, that would instantly vault to second.

10sfan asks:  Going back to the hiring of KA, I believe the cliff notes version of the story goes like this: Alden was allowed to pursue Greg Marshall but was told if he didn't bag him, he had to hire KA.My question is this: if Marshall was plan A why, was Alden forced to forget about any plan B, C or D and forced to go straight to a plan E level hire? (Not trying to start a debate on KA here just assuming he would've been like the fifth person called in a normal hiring process.) In all likelihood KA would not have been Alden's second third or fourth choice. Who were the ones who forced this on Alden? Why would they force it on Alden? And why would Alden ever agree to such a scenario?
